Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Tracewatt platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must terminate use of the service immediately.

2. Scope of Service

Tracewatt grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our cloud dashboards for monitoring solar plant output, O&M governance, compliance reporting, and SLA alerts.

3. User Obligations & Safety

As a user of our Service, you commit to:

• Provide accurate, verified company and email details during registration or demo scheduling.
• Operate the Toolbox Talk (TBT) workflows in full alignment with real-world site safety protocols.
• Avoid executing automated scraping script tools or spam bots designed to dump fake values into public contact or API endpoints.

4. Telemetry Data Ownership

Your organization retains all property rights to raw telemetry logs fed from your local plant loggers and meters. Tracewatt retains intellectual property rights to the aggregated analysis models, machine-learning insights, and dashboard structures rendered by our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tracewatt is provided "as is". While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we shall not be liable for telemetry loss, generation drops, O&M vendor delays, or business interruptions originating from data logger disconnects or local inverter issues.

6. Subscription, Term & Termination

Subscription terms, SLA commitments, user count capacities, and telemetry retention are governed by your enterprise service order contract. Either party may terminate the subscription for breach with written notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
